Happy anniversary to us..I meant to our blog..Happy birthday..It's been a month now since we had created this blog..And nice interface...good job buddy..Well maybe we are only one month old..but already it had a profound affect to our organisation..To some of our people in our org..Like I said before we are not trying to be a negative influence to our people..friends..colleagues...spouses...or whatever in our org...What we are trying to do is just to say something..to share some insights..to stimulate positive thinking among us...or just to express something from our heart..or what we think about something or someone...Thats it..nothing more...We are not guys who like to stab our friends..our coworkers from behind..no..That is not our style...Absolutely not..But of course..we are only human beings..just like you..we made mistakes..And if we do ..We are sorry ..really..really sorry..We're not trying to be something that we are not..We are just like you..all of you..We are friends..in this org. ..so let us be friends.....good friends..We cannot denied it ..we need each other..each one of us has our speciality..We cannot work alone..or live alone..So for those people who read this..I want you to know something..DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY IT'S COVER..We are special..each one of is unique..different...that is why god chose us to be on this planet earth..Each one fo us is a leader..Well at least leader for our self..So ladies and gentlemen..let us be a good leader..eventhough it is not hat easy..but hey..that is life...What is the point of living if there are no challenges...no obstacles....So let us face the challenges..And like Sheakpeares said..World is a stage and each one o f us must play a part.......
